Comchip Technology is the first manufacturer to standardize DFN/flat chip packaging that are RoHS compliant and zero Tin-Whisker potential by using gold termination. DFN packages are available in SOD-323F (1005), SOD-523F (0603), SOD-723F (0503), SOD-923F (0402) and 0201 sizes. Comchip products are suitable for vast array of applications including lighting, automotive, industrial computers, TFT-LCD panels, network/telecom, medical, portable and consumer electronics, as well as high reliability applications that can benefit from the zero Tin-Whisker potential. To ensure superior quality and reliability, Comchip’s quality control process and factory are TS16949, ISO9001, and ISO14001 certified. As an added layer of security, Comchip’s bridge rectifier and TVS have passed UL testing for safety device application. Many Comchip diodes meet the automotive stress test requirements AEC-Q101 and are well suited for automotive as well as high reliability application.
